Chapter Description

Chapter 4, Teaching with Integrity, makes a personal case for providing significant space for the person in the profession in the process of teaching and learning to teach. I explore my vocation and describe a disturbing encounter I experienced as a K-12 teacher that led to my transformation into a queer researcher, activist, and educator.
